Be on Time

     We understand things may happen, we kindly ask that you are on time for your appointment as we operate a very tight schedule. In some situations where clients are less than 20 mins late we will try to make accommodations.

Appointments & Deposits

     All appointments require a 50% deposit when booking. Curls and Kinks adhere to the Government guidelines of social distancing thus we are only accepting clients who have booked appointments ONLY sorry no extras! In emergency situations please have an additional supervision for your children as we show the utmost concern and respect for all our clients HEALTH & SAFETY.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

     If you are over 30 mins late for your appointment it is automatically cancelled and ALL deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, No exceptions.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled (48hours) or Two days before the actual appointment. If you fail to do so ALL deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE NON-REFUNDABLE NON-REFUNDABLE NON-REFUNDABLE!!!! There is No exceptions.

Question: How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Answer: After booking your appointment the confirmation email you received allows for that. If you’ll like to cancel or reschedule, Just click the link Change/Cancel Appointment and follow the instructions. [Please note you MUST cancel or reschedule two days before your actual appointment.]

A consultation is ideal as it can establish how best we can serve your needs. Feel free to book a consultation with our expert stylist today.

Colour & Allergy Consultations

      If you have any allergies please notify us before booking an appointment. ALL our colour services require a 24 hour patch test and consultation before booking.     

Mask Requirement

    In accordance with Government guidelines, We kindly ask (Not Mandatory) clients to wear a face covering when entering the salon. If you do not have a face covering one can be provided.
